The Sole Proprietary Capital Company with the name “KAIRIDI PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY” and the distinguishing title “Re-wood” (hereinafter the “Company”) informs the person to whom the personal data pertains (hereinafter the “Subject”) who visits/uses the website www.rewood.gr (hereinafter “Website”) that the processing of personal data is governed by the conditions below, by the relevant provisions of the current Greek, European and international legislation on personal data as well as by the relevant decisions, directives and regulatory acts of the Personal Data Protection Authority.

Personal Data collected and processed by the Company

The Company ensures the legitimate and legal collection and processing of personal data. When completing and submitting the electronic contact form or expression of interest form by the Subject, which may be available on the Website, the Subject fills in his/her name, email address and contact telephone number.

The above personal data collected are necessary for the implementation of the action-service requested by the Subject (see below “Purpose of data processing”).

The Subject ensures that the personal data provided is correct and accurate and undertakes to notify the Company of any change or modification thereof. Any loss or damage caused to the Company or any third party through the communication of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information in the communication or expression of interest forms is the sole responsibility of the Subject.

Free text fields appear in the online contact form and expression of interest form. In these the Subject must not record confidential or sensitive information, such as his racial or ethnic origin, ideology or political, religious or philosophical beliefs, information about his physical or mental health, biometric data or genetic characteristics , their sexual orientation, criminal record information, social security or identification number, etc.

Purpose of data processing

The Company and/or processors acting by order and on its behalf collect, process and use the Subject’s personal data, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and this Personal Data Update.
